Return Window

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
